Terms & Conditions

• Parents must complete all required forms, demographics, and waivers before start of program, which will be received through provided email.
• Start-Up Kids Club or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• Start-Up Kids Club reserve the right to remove from our program, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@startupkidsclub.com
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
• Start-Up Kids Club is a 501(c)c3 nonprofit organization and all contributions are tax deductible. Because of that, no refund for pledges or contributions will be provided. If students are no longer able to attend a class or camp, cancelation must be made at least seven days prior to start of program. If seven day notice is not provided, family will be responsible for any pledges or stated contributions.
